Mindfulness meditation is the art and science of paying attention, on purpose with openness, curiosity and a willingness to be with experience as it is – it has been found to promote resilience and well-being. These sessions begin with a brief introduction, followed by a guided meditation led by Dr. Neesha Patel, PhD.

Register for live mindful pause sessions. These sessions will be held on Thursdays, June 20 through August 29. One-time registration allows access to all sessions. After registering, you will receive a confirmation email on how to join the Zoom sessions, by phone or computer.
