Retiree Center Operations

The Retiree Center and its staff are available for general retirement and retiree questions.

Should you have general questions that do not require an appointment, you are encouraged to call us at 530-752-5182 or send us an email at [email protected]. We are available by phone and email from 10:00 a.m. - 12:00 p.m., 1:30 - 3:30 p.m., Monday through Friday, excluding holidays. Retirement counselors are available at the UC Retirement Administration Service Center (RASC). Summer Office Hours:

Mondays and Fridays (excluding holidays): RC staff will be available by phone and email while working remote. The physical offices will be closed.

Tuesday - Thursday (excluding holidays): Offices will be open 10 a.m. - 12 p.m. and 1:30 - 3:30 p.m. Appointments are highly encouraged as we have scheduled meetings and events and may not be able to assist you without an appointment.

UC Retirement At Your Service (UCRAYS)

UCRAYS is a website that gives UC faculty, staff, and retirees more ways to view and manage their retirement information. Be sure to set up your UCRAYS online account as soon as possible to easily access your benefits. For help, please refer to the Getting help with UC Retirement At Your Service (UCRAYS) page.

The RASC has dedicated support for survivors and beneficiaries

Pathway to Retirement Webcast:

Join the upcoming Pathway to Retirement webcast that will cover financial planning, UC Pension and Retirement Savings Program benefits, Social Security, health coverage and navigating the UC retirement process. A Q&A session will also be included.

Accessing UCPATH as a Retiree or Former Employee:

After you have retired you will have to access UC PATH to get your W-2 for the time you were employed. Click HERE to access UC PATH as a "former employee."
