Retiree Center Operations
Update - The Retiree Center and its staff are available for virtual and in-person appointments.
Meetings are available Monday through Friday, 1:00 - 3:30 p.m. based on availability. We are available to meet via Zoom or in-person. Please call 530-752-5182 or email us: retireecenter@ucdavis.edu to set-up an appointment.
Should you have general questions that do not require an appointment, you are encouraged to call us at 530-752-5182 or send us an email at retireecenter@ucdavis.edu. We are available by phone and email from 9:00 - 11:30 a.m., 1:00 - 3:30 p.m., Monday through Friday, excluding holidays. We look forward to serving you!

2022 TAX INFORMATION:
Tax season is upon us, and your documents can be easily retrieved through your UCRAYS account. Need help logging into your account? Just call the Retirement Administration Service Center (RASC) at (800) 888-8267 and select option 1. Please note that the RASC is experiencing high call volume at this time as they try to assist the UC system. It is very likely that you will be put on hold for an hour or more.
To view or download your 2022 tax statements or 1099-R, select “Tax Statements” on your UC RAYS dashboard. If you opted to get your tax statements through the mail, it will be sent to the address on file by January 27, 2023. You will still be able to view the statement on your UCRAYS account.

RETIREMENT HELP DESK SESSIONS:
If you are planning to retire in 2023, we have set-up Help Desk sessions for you to drop-in as needed to get your questions answered about retirement. Our UC Davis experts Don Goldberg, Spencer Richards, Kim Becker and Guerren Solbach will be present at all of these sessions.

This specially trained team will offer a high-touch experience, delivering benefits as quickly and smoothly as possible.
