Mindfulness meditation is the cultivation of our ability to pay attention, on purpose with openness, curiosity and a willingness to be with experience as it is – it has been found to promote resilience and well-being. Sessions begin with a brief introduction followed by a guided meditation, led by Neesha Patel, PhD.
Join our online community for a 30-min guided mindfulness meditation session from 4:30-5 p.m. No sessions on Mondays, Feb. 17 and March 10. After registering, you will receive a confirmation email on how to join the Zoom sessions, by phone or computer.
