Focus on your health and well-being and strengthen your inner resources with science-based mindfulness meditation, kindness meditation, and mindful pause. Open to all UC and UC Davis community members, beginners and experienced meditators alike. These sessions will be led by Neesha Patel, PhD, of Staff and Faculty Health and Well-being.
