Join the UC Davis Retiree Center for a special day trip to the Rosie the Riveter Museum in Richmond on Wednesday, Oct 16th. The Rosie the Riveter Museum honors the efforts, and provides a glimpse into the contributions and sacrifices, that American civilians had on the World war II home front. Visitors will learn about a day in the life of civilians during this challenging time. After exploring the museum and watching a brief film we will head over to Assemble Restaurant for lunch and then have the unique opportunity to shop in the Columbia Employee Store in Richmond. Cal Aggie Alumni Association members receive discounts ranging from 40-50% below retail on current products. Columbia, Sorel, Mountain Hard Wear and Prana are all part of the discounted prices. 

Depart: from the Robert Mondavi Institute loading zone (across from the parking garage on Hilgard Lane)
