Focus on your health and well-being and strengthen your inner resources with science-based mindfulness meditation, kindness meditation, and mindful pause. Open to all UC and UC Davis community members, beginners and experienced meditators alike. These sessions will be led by Neesha Patel, PhD, of Occupational Health Services.
Live Mindfulness Meditation

One-time registration will allow access to all sessions in each of the series. After registering, you will receive a confirmation email containing information on how to join the Zoom sessions
