Coordinated and run by Staff and Faculty Health and Well-being Program (SFHWB).
Sessions begin with a brief introduction followed by a guided meditation, led by Neesha Patel, PhD. No prior experience with mindfulness is necessary – all are welcome.
Sessions will be held Wednesdays, June 26 through August 28 from 12:30-1 p.m. Register for this series via Zoom. After registering, you will receive a confirmation email containing information on how to join the Zoom sessions.
