These volunteer-hosted sessions are completely silent and unguided—just a space held together by a shared commitment to practicing mindfulness meditation. Whether you're looking to connect with community or simply sit in silence, your presence supports and strengthens the shared intention of mindful awareness.

We will not be meeting on January 19 (MLK day) or February 16 (President's day).
NOTE: The Daily Meditation session has minimal guidance (we ring a bell when we start, and then once again once the practice is over). If you are new to meditation, we strongly encourage you to attend a few of the sessions from Safety Services Mindfulness Programs before joining the Daily Meditation sessions. The sessions will give you an idea of what you would like to do during the Daily Meditation sessions.
