Life can get busy. This is your space to pause, breathe, and find a little steadiness—one day at a time, with community. Join the Daily Meditation community for 15 min of silent mindfulness meditation from 8:15-8:30am, Monday through Friday. All sessions are hosted by volunteers and take place in silence - so some familiarity with mindfulness meditation is helpful.
