Retiree Center Operations

The Retiree Center and its staff are available for virtual and in-person appointments for general retirement and retiree questions.

Should you have general questions that do not require an appointment, you are encouraged to call us at 530-752-5182 or send us an email at retireecenter@ucdavis.edu. We are available by phone and email from 9:00 - 11:30 a.m., 1:00 - 3:30 p.m., Monday through Friday, excluding holidays. Retirement counselors are available at the UC Retirement Administration Service Center (RASC). UC Retirement At Your Service (UCRAYS)

UCRAYS is a website that gives UC faculty, staff, and retirees more ways to view and manage their retirement information. Be sure to set up your UCRAYS online account as soon as possible to easily access your benefits. For help, please refer to the Getting help with UC Retirement At Your Service (UCRAYS) page.

The RASC has dedicated support for survivors and beneficiaries

Dedicated entirely to serving the survivors and beneficiaries of UC employees and retirees. This specially trained team will offer a high-touch experience, delivering benefits as quickly and smoothly as possible. Please use this number to reach a team member: 888-825-6833.

Retirement Help Desk Sessions:

If you are considering retirement from UC within the next 4-12 months, join a Preparing for Retirement Help Desk via Zoom. UC Davis representatives from Benefits, Fidelity, and the Retiree Center will answer your questions on the retirement process, retiree health (including Medicare), UCRAYS, Fidelity accounts, and more.

Pathway to Retirement Webcast:

Join the upcoming Pathway to Retirement webcast that will cover financial planning, UC Pension and Retirement Savings Program benefits, Social Security, health coverage and navigating the UC retirement process. A Q&A session will also be included.

Accessing UCPATH as a Retiree or Former Employee:

If you retired in 2024 you will have to access UC PATH to get your W-2 for the time you were employed. Click HERE to access UC PATH as a "former employee."
