Benefits of the Retiree Center

The UC Davis Retiree Center is a contact point for retirees of the University of California, Davis, or for retirees from other campuses who live within an hour radius of Davis.

Below are links to most requested services provided by either UC Davis or the Univerisity of California.

Benefits Available through UC Davis

  • Retiree ID Cards:
    Emeriti faculty or retired staff who are receiving benefits from the UC Retirement System (UCRS) are eligible for retiree cards. Retirees must show documentation from UCRS validating retirement status to receive a card.

    Retiree pink paper ID cards are now being replaced with photo ID cards. Please call 530-754-7766 for more information OR visit 2100 Dutton Hall on the Davis Campus between the weekday hours 9:00 a.m.-4:00 p.m. to have your photograph taken. For more information
    You must have the following items with you in order to obtain your new retiree photo identification card:
    • a) Your pink retiree card (issued by the Benefits Office)
    • b) UC Davis Library card (if you have one)
    • c) Photo ID card (such as driver's license or passport)

Benefits of the University of California

The majority of retiree benefits (i.e., pensions, annuities, health) are administered through the University of California Office of the President (UCOP) in Oakland, CA.
